Futhrough Endovascular Needle System is used for in-situ fenestration on the stent graft. The indications are as follows:
(1) Thoracic aorta, treated with a stent graft, insufficient proximal anchoring area
(2) Thoracic aorta, the use of stent graft must save important branch vessels

· The fixation balloon on in-situ fenestration system stabilizes the needle.
◇ Quick and safe fenestration
· The three penetration depths are considered for tailored puncture on stents with different diameters.
◇ General approach
· 20G puncture needle is easy for 0.018” guide wire to go through.
